Armenia released photos of destroyed S-300 by TB2 drone

Armenian Ministry of Defense releases photographs of destroyed S-300 SAM's search radar and launch site. A week ago, Azerbaijani military launched a drone attack to destroy S-300 SAM using Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 drones.

The first photos of the destroyed S-300s of the Armenian Armed Forces appeared in the Armenian media.

The Russian news agency obtained unique photographs of the destroyed positional area of ​​the S-300 air defense system of the Armenian Armed Forces. After the destruction of the mobile launcher and early warning radar, Armenia had to urgently evacuate its forces from here, obviously changing the military base.

In the photographs presented, the destroyed radar of the S-300 surface-to-air missile and the place where the mobile launcher was destroyed. Judging by the situation at the site of the former basing of the S-300 air defense system, the Armenian military evacuated facility to avoid further attack by Azerbaijani Kamikaze drone, although according to a number of reports, the strike was coordinated by Turkish F-16 fighters, the attack was launched by Bayraktar TB drones.

According to sources and media, this is already the second positional area of ​​the S-300 SAM, which has been hit in the last two weeks, which indicates that the S-300 air defense systems simply do not see enemy drones and therefore S-300s are excellent targets to be destroyed by loitering munitions and drones.
