Belarus asked all Russians to leave Minsk

Belarus has limited the stay of Russians in the country to 24 hours learned GDC quoting Russian news agency Avia.Pro.

According to information provided by Belarusian media, official Minsk demanded that citizens of the Russian Federation, transit through the territory of Belarus, leave the country within 24 hours, otherwise, threatening to introduce administrative and other.

“Employees of the sanitary-epidemiological service, the traffic police and the transport inspectorate monitor all incoming vehicles in the country. All this is done to exclude the importation and reduce the spread of coronavirus infection. The head physician of the Liozno District Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology Alexei Diagel noted that freight transport that is in transit is registered. Truck drivers are required to drive through the territory of Belarus per day and stop for rest and meals only in special places. In case of violation – administrative responsibility ”- сообщают Belarusian media.

The possibility of staying on the territory of Belarus above the established standards is provided, however, in this case, citizens of the Russian Federation are required to fill out the appropriate questionnaire, after which they will be placed in mandatory quarantine (self-isolation) for up to 14 days.

Earlier it became known that the Belarusian side has erected special checkpoints on the border with Russia.
