Morocco purchases Skylock anti-drone system

The Kingdom of Morocco is intensifying its purchases of anti-aircraft systems, which have become a threat in terms of their ability to reconnaissance and attack, especially with the difficulty of targeting them using traditional defensive means.

According to an article published by the newspaper “Globes”, Morocco has acquired the “Skylock Dome” system, which is manufactured by the “Skylock Systems” company, and its role is to detect and combat drones, and to neutralize them at a range of up to 3.5 kilometers.

The system can control hostile drones without harming them, as well as extract data about the previous uses of the aircraft and extract the information it stores without the operator noticing it.

It is noteworthy that the Kingdom now possesses about 5 different anti-drone systems, the latest of which was the Israeli Skylock Dome system.
