Ukraine destroyed Russia’s T-90M tank using grenades in Donetsk Region, according to Ukrainian forces.
Russians themselves published a video of a T-90M that was traveling along a road and exploded on an anti-tank mine. The fate of the entire crew is unknown, but at least some of the servicemen managed to leave the vehicle and escape.
It is important to remove the armored vehicles, as the Russians can evacuate them, repair them and use them again, according to a statement by Ukrainian defense forces. The Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated a tank hit by a mine with the help of a drone.
One grenade was enough for the drone to burn out the insides of a T-90M worth $4.3 million. The video of the grenade being dropped precisely into the hatch of the tank was published by the 3rd Separate Regiment of Special Purpose.
