ParaZero has clinched a new order for its DefendAir counter-drone system.

Israeli aerospace defense manufacturer ParaZero has clinched a new order for its DefendAir counter-drone system from a Tier 1 global defense company.

The deal includes delivery of the DefendAir system along with an integrated training package for operators to ensure the system’s effective deployment in defense and security environments.

DefendAir combines both soft- and hard-kill measures, using radar detection and a patented net launcher to neutralize hostile drones with minimal collateral damage.

ParaZero said the system achieved a 100 percent interception rate in previous live field trials, strengthening its credibility in the increasingly competitive counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) market.

While the company did not identify the buyer, ParaZero CEO Ariel Alon said the agreement underscores the company’s growing importance in global defense supply chains as drone threats continue to shape modern warfare.

In August 2025, ParaZero conducted a field trial of its enhanced DefendAir system, which features a stationary net turret launcher with full-autonomous optical detection and tracking capabilities.

The deal comes amid heightened military and homeland security demand for drone defense solutions as unmanned systems are increasingly used for reconnaissance, targeting, and attacks.

C-UAS systems like DefendAir are designed to detect, track, and disable drones safely, a capability that has become essential in both battlefield and civilian settings.

ParaZero has reported a string of recent international contracts, including deliveries to defense partners in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

In August 2025, the company supplied DefendAir units to a “prestigious defense organization.”
