Ukraine supplied air defense systems to Azerbaijan

Ukrspetsexport has agreed to supply Ukraine with P-18 air defense radar to Azerbaijan, reported ZN.UA, citing its own sources.

P-18 is well-proven radar capable of detecting air targets at distances of several hundred kilometers.

Radars P-18 are considered one of the most reliable in the world, while they managed to effectively prove themselves in conflicts on the territory of the same Libya and Syria, where they demonstrated their readiness to detect even small targets, which allowed them to attack when approaching.

As noted, Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleg Urusky and Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba were orally informed about the President’s decision.
